I have arrived at Venice Beach!

Venice Beach is a district of Los Angeles and the clue is in the name - yes, there are canals! You will have to admit that this is a refreshing change from all the beach photos I have bombarded Blogdom with. However, the second clue is also in the name: there is a BEACH too and I am staying just a few yards from it! Apparently it is one of the wealthiest districts of Los Angeles and lots of Hollywood actors have beach houses here. I will keep a lookout...
