I actually carried out part of THE PLAN today which was to check out the local library and do some research. And this is it: a magnificent replica of an Orange County ranch with an impressive palm tree park behind it. So there I spent a pleasant couple of hours randomly researching Zeno's Paradox (all about never getting anywhere) and some very useful books on creative writing. Exercise: nil. But the trainers are in the boot (trunk to me) ready and waiting should I find myself in a park or canyon or anything walkable (you have to walk before you can run...)
