After a hard, hot day trying not to turn right on the highways, it's nice to go down to the beach at about 4 o'clock and cool off. You can gaze out over the Pacific Ocean and imagine China on the horizon, over six thousand miles away.

Wow, these photos look so blissful. I went to the beach on Monday to try and tan the white bits left of me...big mistake. Now I have lovely brown bits and my white bits are all lobster red. HMMM not too clever there eh! xx
