I think Balboa Island, part of Newport Beach, must be one of the prettiest places in the United States. It certainly is one of the most expensive! The houses are packed closely together with just a few square metres of front garden (front yard to me) but looking in the local estate agent's I saw a waterside one for sale at four and a half million pounds! The average price hovers around £2,000,000...
Well, I couldn't resist any longer posting up some of the Hallowe'en decorations. They are crazy! It would seem that everyone is trying to outdo their neighbour. I'm going to try it in Hersham next year...
