When they say that everything is bigger in America, it's true too for the flowers! The roses are gigantic and the delphiniums and foxgloves are twice as high as we would get them in Europe. California in the spring is absolutely beautiful. I have only been here two days but have already taken over a hundred photos, eaten fresh crab, Mexican food, sipped a marguerita in a surf bar on the beach at Newport, lazed by the pool...Yes, this is definitely the life I prefer!
